Shahid Kapoor along with Mira Rajput buys a luxurious apartment worth almost Rs 60 crore in Mumbai, says report.
Shahid Kapoor and his spouse Mira Kapur are in the news for purchasing an extravagant flat at the Oberoi 360 West Project located in Upper Worli area of Mumbai. Documents seen by IndexTap.com show that the acquisition was completed at an unbelievable Rs.58,66,00,000 and was registered on 24th May, 2024.
This lavish home has a RERA carpet area of 5,395 sq.ft and comes with three allotted parking spaces which is consistent with the top class facilities expected in Oberoi 360 West. This high-rise building put up by Oberoi Realty is famous for its posh flats such as 4 BHK apartments, penthouses, duplexes and even those with fabulous views of the sea.
What is interesting is that the Kapoors bought it from Chandak Realtors Pvt Ltd who had initially bought it from Radhakishan Damani’s (D’Mart) family and friends. “The apartment was bought by Chandak Realty at around ₹65,000 per square foot and has now been sold for over ₹1 lakh per square foot marking more than a 50% appreciation in just one year,” informed a realtor to Hindustan Times Digital.
Earlier this year Shahid also purchased another huge apartment measuring around 8,281 sq ft for Rs 55.60 crores in the same complex. The couple paid stamp duty worth Rs1.75 cr for their latest purchase.
