It is not only common to see Bollywood A-listers themselves but their children as well buying expensive properties in posh areas. The newest addition to this trend happens to be Aryan Khan, son of superstar Shah Rukh Khan. There are reports that he has purchased a luxurious plot of land in India’s capital city, Delhi at an exorbitant cost.
Based on report, Aryan has bought two stories in the upmarket Panchsheel Park area located in South Delhi. To get it he paid Rs 37 crores. Interestingly enough, his mother Gauri Khan used to live here before she married SRK. The Economic Times has it that the family already owns the basement and ground floor of the said building.
According to the report, the property was declared in May 2024 with Aryan having paid a stamp duty amounting to Rs 2.64 crore for this piece of land. Besides, Gauri Khan has designed this house.
This might be Aryan Khan’s maiden purchase of property and his sister Suhana Khan’s first step towards acquiring any real estate beyond her modeling projects. In June 2023 alone did the actress acquire three houses on a six-acre lot together worth $13 million (approximately INR 120 crore). It was adjacent to Shah Rukh Khan’s sprawling bungalow at Maharashtra state’s coast town. This year she also purchased another piece of land around Alibaug for over INR100 million ($1 mn).
Numerous celebrities have invested into lands or bungalows across places like Alibaug, Goa but such high value deals in Delhi are rarely seen. He sold it because recently even Amitabh Bachchan sold his Gulmohar Park house for about 23 crores approximately quoting Pradeep Prajapati from boutique real estate consultancy firm Wealthvisory Capital according to The Eco nomic Times
Aryan Khan, who is currently directing his debut web show, Stardom. The shoot is over according to a report. The lead actor in this crime thriller is Lakshya, the star of Kill along with Mona Singh et al. Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Bobby Deol, Karan Johar etc. are said to have made cameo appearances in the show.
