Major Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar are seen together on screens again, but this time it’s for a Myntra commercial! The ad is showing a playful argument between the two Bollywood stars regarding the upcoming sale from the fashion e-commerce platform.
In an Instagram post made by Myntra, SRK is shown entering the car after an event. KJo comes in before he can make a call saying “Hey, you forgot something” then they start arguing over Myntra end-of-season sale ad.
However, Karan turns this into a comic conversation as he questions Shah Rukh’s decision that everyone will look trendy with cheap international brands which would overshadow him. In response to that, Shah defends the value of the sale.
People were thrilled at seeing them together again and many commented asking for more movies together. These are not their first projects lately. In his 2016 film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil , he directed Shah Rukh Khan in a cameo role while My Name is Khan in 2010 was their last feature film collaboration.
On his professional front too, we saw him making an impressive comeback with three releases namely; Pathaan (2023), Jawan (2023), and Dunki (2023). It has been reported that next up for him will be King , where Sujoy Ghosh will take on directorial duties and Suhana Khan , his daughter, will also act alongside him. Meanwhile Karan Johar is busy with several projects: A release date has been set for his next production venture Mr & Mrs Mahi – May 31.
