Riteish Deshmukh has condemned reports of two young girls aged three and four who have been raped in Badlapur, Thane. He vented his anger on Twitter, stating that the guilty party should be given “the strictest punishment possible.”
“I am horrified as a parent. Two 4 year olds were violated sexually by the school’s male janitor. Schools should have as much safety for children as their own homes. This devil should get the severest possible punishment. That was how Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj worked during his time; these laws need to come back into play.”

There were allegations of sexual molestation involving two kindergarten girls in a school toilet. On August 12th, it is alleged that the girls told their parents about this incident. The suspects were apprehended on August 17th.
The accused was charged with rape on Section 65(2) (penetration of a girl child less than twelve years), torture under section 74 (criminal force or assault aggravated to molestation) and Sexual Harassment under section 75 and Indecent Assault under section 76 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Act of India .
