Moid Khan, who has been accused of raping a twelve-year-old girl and then capturing the act on a camera, had his bakery destroyed in Ayodhya by a bulldozer on the third of August, 2024.
According to officials, on August 3 here, developers demolished the bakery which belonged to one man suspected of engaging into rape with a twelve-year-old girl that was also filmed.
“The Moid Khan’s bakery demolished,” District Magistrate Chandra Vijay Singh said to Parami News in Ayodhya.
Singh explained “The building which was used as a bakery had two rooms. It was illegally constructed over water pond and now ruined” .
Police arrested Moid Khan owner of Bakery and Raju Khan an employee on 30th July from Pura Kalandar area in Ayodhya district for involvement in rape case.
Two months ago according to police they raped this girl even recorded it. That is how this case became known after she got pregnant during medical examination.
On Thursday, while addressing the UP Legislative Assembly Chief Minister Adityanath revealed that Moid Khan was from Samajwadi Party.
Adityanath recalled “The Samajwadi Party leader is called Moid Khan. He belongs to Ayodhya MP’s team. He has been found guilty of raping a twelve year old. However, party has not taken any action against him”.
One family member told journalists at press conference that their family met CM who promised them harshest punishment for culprits.
“We asked for death sentence and destruction of unapproved structures made by him”, mentioned kin.
