Randeep Hooda wins the alleged lawsuit for illegal construction in Kanha National Park; files defamation case worth Rs. 80 crores
He had always wanted to purchase a piece of land next to the forest, since he is both an actor-director and wildlife conservationist that came into reality after his last movie Swatantry Veer Savarkar whose success helped him invest in a property located near the jungle of Madhya Pradesh adjacent with Kanha National Park thus fulfilling his dream.
After that revenue authorities ordered him to demolish the building alleged by Randeep Hooda on his property. So again if I may say so, he filed an application requesting for a joint spot inspection saying that there was no any development carried out on his plot.
Providing relief to Mr. Hooda however MP Court refused to intervene directly with show cause notice but gave a major relaxation in terms joint enquiry through site inspection where Mr.Hooda or his authorized representatives may participate and explain before authorities regarding whether there has been any construction on such piece of land or not while directing them to provide old report which was prepared behind ex parte.
His lawyers Vineet Dhanda and Siddharth Sharma said, ”It is very unfortunate that Shri Randeep Hooda who is highly reputed citizen in our community and nature lover like this man has made this kind of false claims for cheap popularity because he is an artiste. Further even inquiry report on which impugned show cause notice was found was not put forth. We are grateful to the learned court for giving us a chance to bring out the truth and also for ordering that old report which was declined initially. We are optimistic that the joint spot inspection will reveal not even a single brick has been laid down on Mr Hooda’s land.”
Vineet Dhanda added, “The decision by the Court is a victory for us as we shall have a new look at this case, but also raise our concerns to the examination of subsequent results. When it comes in with the new report, it would be evident that there had been no building work on Shri Randeep Hooda’s land after which we can proceed with our defamation case where our client had been wrongly accused.”
Randeep Hooda being an environmentalist recognized by UN and Indian Government as well as wildlife photographer always wanted to acquire property in the woods. Following his latest film SwatantryaVeer Savarkar he made a big leap towards his dream wild abode through purchase of this property.
