Rakhi Sawant’s hospitalization for health has merely taken a dramatic turn. Her ex-husband Adil Khan Durrani who doubted about her admission in a hospital due to chest pain and uterus problems which he alleges are not genuine but just a way of escaping the court hearing that awaits her in recent times. In an interview with ETimes TV, Rakhi’s lawyer Falguni Brahmabhatt gives an update on this matter and dismisses Adil’s allegations.
Falguni said, “There is no doubt that Rakhi has medical issues.” That is what Adil thinks about the situation. He feels that because the date is nearing, Rakhi has taken up stories. But it is not true as she receives treatment and shall have surgery soon. She has fibrosis so there will be another checkup with the gynaec for what the other issues are and yes she also has heart problems. Anxiety was experienced by Rakhi had anxiety, chest pain and palpitations.”
“Within two to three days she will move court,” she quipped. As we approach the date, as her lawyers we will take legal steps in order to facilitate compliance with any legal procedures on behalf of our client The Supreme Court directions are being followed here. It is not that she is running away, Rakhi has already instructed us, and we shall take legal steps at the appropriate time.
Further commenting on these claims made by Adil, Falguni says, “Adil is just trying to grab publicity in this; he had mentioned that last year he did all the tests.” He was never even around when those tests were being done bears no relevance to anything because maybe since anyone can have a medical emergency if anything would have happened to him while he was there considering she went for those testings alone And even if he was there with her then anyone could actually have a medical emergency She would have been alright last year, but she could also have a medical emergency, you cannot determine something that happens all of a sudden.”
As Adil said, “She is lying and doing all this to stay away from the jail, so there is nothing like that,” Rakhi will be there before the court and her fate will be decided by the court and not by Adil. Just to grab publicity.”
