Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday said that if the NDA comes to power again in the Center polls, the “one nation, one election” system will be implemented across the country.
Addressing a poll rally in Jamala Madugu in Kadapa district, he lashed out at the YSR Congress government in Andhra Pradesh and claimed that the state was in debt of Rs 1,350 crore due to its corrupt practices among.
Slamming the YSRCP, Singh said people are fed up with the worsening law and order situation of the ruling party and assured that if the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) comes to power in Andhra Pradesh, the state will be liberated from “corruption” come out.
“The Andhra Pradesh Lok Sabha elections are held simultaneously with the Assembly polls. Our commitment is that we will conduct one nationwide election in the next five years to save time and energy,” the senior BJP leader said people expressed.

Rajnath Singh said that although the Congress party ignored former Prime Minister Narasimha Rao, the National Development Alliance awarded him the highest civilian award “Bharat Ratna”.
He said that after Modi became prime minister, India became the fifth largest economy in the world and is expected to become the third largest economy.
Singh said that under Modi’s leadership, as many as 250 million people in the country have been lifted out of poverty.
He further said that it was because of Modi that the war between Russia and Ukraine was suspended for four and a half hours so that India could evacuate 22,000 citizens.
BJP leaders said there were serious allegations of corruption when the Congress was in power earlier, while no corruption charges have been leveled against the Atal Bihari Vajpayee or Modi-led BJP governments.
He said the BJP has fulfilled its promises such as building Rama temple in Ayodhya, abrogating Article 370 and abolishing triple talaq.
