Director Umesh Bist has released a trailer for Gyaarah Gyaarah, a highly anticipated series on ZEE5’s YouTube channel. The cast includes Raghav Juyal and Kritika Kamra, and the story is about two estranged police officers who must work together to solve a 15-year-old murder mystery after being reunited by means of a walkie-talkie that had died long ago but came back momentarily.
A star-studded cast and an engrossing narrative
The trailer features Dhairya Karwa as well as Kritika Kamra alongside Raghav Juyal in major roles. Every day at 11:11 am, for some unknown reason, an inactive phone rings, which adds suspense to this soap opera. The opening line of the trailer features a voiceover that says, “Time is an illusion. Karan Johar is the producer of this film; he posted its trailer on Instagram with words that hinted at its theme “Can a glitch in time crack the unsolved crimes? Gyaarah Gyaarah premieres 9th August on ZEE5.” This post tags every cast member which signals that this OTT thriller was made by several people working together. This is Raghav Juyal’s second project with Karan Johar and Guneet Monga Kapoor after their previous hit film KILL.
Interesting storyline involving time-travel
Guneet Monga Kapoor, Apoorva Mehta, Achin Jain are co-producers of Gyaarah Gyaarah directed by Karan Johar. It recounts how two cops from different periods get connected through a talking device with peculiar timing – it only comes alive at 11:11 PM for sixty seconds. With each case solved by senior detective Shaurya Anthwal (Dhairya Karwa) and young officer Yug Arya (Raghav Juyal), the past and present change. Kritika Kamra’s Vamika Rawat is a bridge between these times, unbeknown to her about the extraordinary connection between a preceding and latter character.
