From September 15 till September 17, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be paying a visit to the States of Jharkhand, Gujarat, and Odisha where he will be laying the foundation stone and also inaugurate several projects whose value exceeds ₹12460 crores.
‘On September 15, there is a Tatanagar-Patna Vande Bharat train which Prime Minister Modi will flag off on his visit to Jharkhand at Tatanagar Junction Railway Station at around 10 a.m,’ PMO said in a statement.
At around 10:30 a.m. He will video-conference to perform the ground-breaking and commissioning of several railway projects at more than ₹660 crores, and hand over approval documents to 20,000 households’ beneficiaries under the PMAY-G program in Tatanagar.
He will also perform the ground-breaking of Madhupur Bypass line in Deoghar district and Hazaribagh Town Coaching Depot in Hazaribagh district.
Completion of Madupur by Bebas transport facility line will make it possible to avoid detention f trains on the Howrah Delhi main line, hence help reduce the distance and time to be covered between Giridih and Jasidih. On September 16, around 9:45 a.m. Mr. Modi will connect with the recipients of PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana in Gandhinagar.
Thereafter, he shall conduct the inauguration of the 4th Global Renewable Energy Investor’s Meet and Expo (RE-INVEST) at Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar.

Single Window IT System to be called SWITS, which is meant to facilitate and enhance providing of financial services to be inaugurated by Mr. Modi will be at the International Financial Services Centres Authority.
He will be giving sanction of houses more than thirty thousand units under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna- Gramin and also release the first installment of these home, and also inaugurate the construction of houses under the PMAY scheme.

Immersed in Odisha for a PM programme on September 17, the Prime Minister would also address the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) beneficiaries.
In the afternoon or lunchtime, he will perform Bhoomipujan and dedicate to the nation development works worth more than ₹3,800 crore in Bhubaneswar.
The Most Hon’ble Prime Minister will launch SUBHADRA, flagship scheme of government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar.
It is the single most largest women centric scheme as it is anticipated to reach out to over more than one crore women. All eligible women aged 21 to 60 years will get ₹ 50,000 in 5 installments of ₹10,000 each per year from the years 2024-25 to 2028-29 under the scheme.
Out of which ₹ 10,000 will be provided in 2 parts every year for a period of one year to the beneficiary’s account from the Direct Cash Transfer system using Aadhaar.
The same day, Prime Minister Modi would also transfer money to the accounts of over 10 lakh women beneficiaries with some subsidy in their cash balances as well.
He also will lay the foundation and dedicate to the nation railway projects costing more than ₹ 2800 crores in Bhubaneswar.
Mr. Modi will also take in hand the foundation of national highway development projects more than Rs.1000 crore.
He will disperse the first tranche of financial aid to almost 13 lakhs beneficiaries of PMAY-G in regarding to around 14 states.
During the programme, Griha Pravesh celebration has been planned for all the 26 lakh beneficiaries of PMAY(Gramin & Urban) from all the states.
House keys will also be handed to the victims by the PM housing beneficiary (PMAY (Gramin & Urban) scheme) sponsors. In addition to that, he will introduce the Awaas+ 2024 App, which is intended to assess the ability for extending PMAY-G to further households.
In addition, he will launch PM Awas Yojana- Urban’s (PMAY-U) 2.0 operational guidelines.
