For those who are not aware, Pooja Bhatt and Suniel Shetty had been part of Border, which was a record-holding film but have never done any movie together since then. Talking about her next project, Pooja shared a still of herself dressed in character as she sported short hair and wore saree and captioned it, “A sneak peek from my next project with @lionsgateindia. So looking forward to working with you again @suniel.shetty”. There isn’t much information released about this project yet, however word has it that it’s a flick starring these two big-shots.
Some sources have suggested that Pooja Bhatt’s character in this Lionsgate’s explosive new Action Thriller might be somewhat like an ‘Iron Lady’. While Bhatt has always played strong female characters before, it is believed that this one is going to be super badass. In an interview about her role on the show, she did not go too deep into details saying; “I have been privileged enough and made choices to play empowered women on screen.” And I just felt drawn to this character because of its strength, depth & empathy. I personally connect with its ability to stand up for what one believes in and face whatever it comes across. The new look is something I just can’t wait for the audience to see!”
