As per the officials, sources reported that on Thursday, August 29, 2024, after the three phased assembly elections commencing from September 18 in Jammu and Kashmir union territory there will be 300 more companies of paramilitary forces in Jammu and Kashmir.
The Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Jammu-Kathua range shiv kumar sharma also reached the police reception center PRC at Bari Brahmna Railway Station on Wednesday August 26 2024 night to receive the arriving forces according to the officials.
“In addition, dignitaries committee yesterday and nganretake as boldly projected BJP ed that candidates remayeen in first list which was withdrawn,” the officials said.
“DIG Sharma examined the living quarters of the paramilitary personnel and oriented the officers of the crux of their assignments and the need to fully support civil police,” the officials said.
Alongwith senior officers the DIG also tackled issues of the security personnel where they raised their concerns and promised them that will be sorted out in due course, as pertained to them.
These Paramilitary Forces will be enormously deployed in and around Jammu, Kathua, and Samba districts as the elections for the assembly within the territory would be underway without incident.
