Every one including the guests were created panic which was a huge chaos at Walt Disney World after the reports of active shooter inside the theme parks of Florida.
One of the users posted a video on X portraying scary scenes from the Magic Kingdom where various items were found lying all over the ground.
“Went to Magic Kingdom today and there was literally a stampede because of a suspected shooter i thought this is actually going to be my last day.I was pushed aside and fell down. Women were screaming looking for their children people were hiding it was some serious business,” wrote one user on X.
When the video became popular, the Orange County Sheriff’s office posted an update, assuring that there was no gunman in the’? Walt Disney’s Magic Kingdom, however, a disturbance was reported in that area.
“There is NO active shooter at @WaltDisneyWorld’s Magic Kingdom. A fight broke out and there was a ‘pop’ sound which we suspect was a balloon. People rushed and that’s when the active shooter incident began. There is no person shooting people,” office stated.
Where exactly the reported scuffle ensued is open to question, whether any injuries were sustained in the reported scuffle or the stampede hurt anyone still remains unknown.
Another witness, who was present there and commented on the event, described it as chaotic. Since a lot of people were crying and looked anxious. Another person who came from Kansas and was Brady’s relative, ‘Glenn’, remembers being right in the middle of a confused rush when people heard a rumor of an active shooter across the park. This incident happened seconds after the epic spread of fireworks event ‘Happily ever after’ marked the end of all of the rides and shows and attractions in the park whilst the shops remained open.
‘We were walking down Main Street, making our way out of the park when we as a family, my family had gone into one of the stores. Then people came into the store very hurriedly’ Brady explained to FOX 35’s Zac Prudhomme during a Zoom call. Who were there during the event, in quite an interesting way dynamic retelling, told about the presence, effect and intensity of the noise.
Brady did however, in the commotion, temporarily lose one of his daughters. Amid craziness as everyone was instructed by the guards to get down and take what cover they could. He was able to get back to his wife, two daughters and two grandchildren. The family got all huddled together, trying to gather every bit of news regarding the incident.
