Reacting to the launch, Shahid Kapoor took to Instagram to pen a sweet message for Mira. He wrote, “Truly you are one of AKIND. I am so proud of you baby. You have worked tirelessly and with quiet belief and today the dream has come true. I can’t express in words how proud I am of you. Waiting for my hamper so I can pamper me. You have always told me what products to use for my skin so not much has changed.” The post included photos of Mira at her brand launch event.

Mira Rajput announced the launch of Akind through a video on Instagram, introducing her brand with a message of self-care and skin awareness. In the video, Mira explained the philosophy behind Akind, stating, “We all have a skin type. But no one tells us that our skin has modes too. You know that feeling when you have makeup on all day and your skin tells you it needs to breathe? Start on a clean slate. When you have a flare-up and your skin is asking for some TLC, something gentle to help it bounce back. There is lots of advice out there. But here is a bright idea, try drowning out the noise and listen to your skin, give it what it needs. After all, just like you, your skin is one of Akind.”
Akind: A partnership with Tira
Mira Rajput has launched Akind in partnership with Isha Ambani’s Tira. The brand has introduced a range of nine skincare products, designed to cater to various skin needs. All the products are priced between Rs 500 to Rs 1000 and are marketed as vegan, clinically proven, paraben-free, cruelty-free, and dermatologically tested.
