Irrigation Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy has strongly denied allegations by Nirmal MLA and BJP legislative party leader Alleti Maheshwar Reddy. The BJPLP leader accused the Congress regime of reneging on its pledges and indulging in massive graft.
Reacting to the accusations Mr. Uttam Kumar Reddy termed them as false and malicious aimed at gaining publicity for Maheshwar Reddy through such unfounded charges. He lambasted the legislator’s perception of the government under congress and insisted that it had performed commendably in its first hundred days. He stated that ‘no taxes had been collected’ or any corrupt practices perpetrated by the government. According to him, he would respond to all these accusations upon his arrival from Tirumala temple family visit on Wednesday.
