On July 9, 2024, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Minister Danasari Anasuya (Seethakka) gave the implements to the differently-abled at Mulugu district of Telangana and issued certificates relating to those implements.
The State Government is going to provide ₹20,000 crore for Self Help Groups (SHGs) through bank linkage as loans this year in a bid to promote women entrepreneurs, said the Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Minister Danasari Anasuya (Seethakka). She opened Indira Mahila Shakti canteen at Collectorate complex in Mulugu on July 9.
She said that four such canteens would be set up in the district while speaking on the occasion. “One is inaugurated here [Mulugu] while other three will be located at Eturnagaram ITDA office, Area Hospital Mulugu and Ramappa Temple UNESCO World Heritage Site Palampet village,” she stated.
Mee-Seva centres, event management companies, dairy farms as well as solar units among others shall equally be established by these SHGs soon enough added the Minister.
At the same time she also presented two wheelers and wheel chairs for them who are physically challenged persons.
Mahabubabad MP Porika Balram Naik, District Collector T.S. Divakara, Additional Collector P. Srija among others were also present during this period.
