According to a royal expert, Meghan Markle is involved in fresh controversy after reportedly having had a “meltdown” following a recent television interview with Prince Harry. Their first joint appearance since the explosive Oprah Winfrey interview has been described as disastrous, with behind-the-scenes tensions and rage reported by The Mirror.
Angela Levin, a Royal author, shared her opinions about Prince Harry and Megan Markle’s most recent interview during a show on GB News and claimed that once cameras stopped rolling the Duchess of Sussex was shouting and was very angry.
Their conversation was meant to focus on online harm and their philanthropic work during the CBS Sunday Morning television show. However, it took an unexpected turn when Meghan was asked about her suicidal thoughts shared earlier that she says she did not anticipate. According to Angela Levin, this upset Markle visibly signaling through the question line that reminded me that I am not a good person.
Levin told Dan Wootton’s show: “After the interview was over, she was apparently screaming at the producers, very much annoyed at what they had asked her. You mustn’t do that with Meghan because she’s in control. But you could see she couldn’t contain her anger”? And fury,” added Angela Levin.
During the interview between them there were obvious signs of unease from observers and body language experts. While Harry seemed either disinterested or distracted at times; whenever he spoke Meghan would give him icy looks showing displeasure. As Broadcaster Dan Wootton put it: “It certainly wasn’t a good 43rd birthday for the Duchess of Sussex, was it?”
“Just like inside or outside of an interview she didn’t want Harry speaking,” noted Levin further emphasizing how tense things were between them. She would look at him with such hard eyes and such an awful expression on her face because she didn’t want him talking I guess He is really lost right now. I think he’s in a very bad place.”
Instead of signaling a new beginning to their public engagement, the interview has raised questions about their relationship dynamics and how they deal with press scrutiny. Referring to it as “car crash,” Wootton noted the failed attempt at damage control. Even though they were all together, he spoke of the couple’s awkward chemistry.
