Two men were arrested by the Madhura Nagar police after their attempt to snatch a mobile phone from a victim failed. According to police, Joshua who is in charge of andruns a hostel in Vengal Rao Nagar, grabbed hold of the keys of the bike ridden by the duo and prevented them from running away.
On Sunday afternoon two individuals called Balbir Singh and Ram Singh went up to Joshua near his hostel requesting him to lend his phone for a call.“However, as he realized they were trying to flee ,Joshua snatched away their two-wheeler’s key and shouted for help. Locals nabbed them and handed over the suspects to police,” officials said. The Madhura Nagar Police took them into custody but no further information was given about any court appearances.
