A daily wage earner of 35 years age was saved by Kolar rural police. This person had multiple injuries and was bleeding after he was attacked while trying to murder seek assistance from a vehicle on NH 75 during Sunday early hours.
This guy, Nagesh Erappa who lives in Vanarashi village, was allegedly smashed by his wife’s uncle and left in bloodbath. Nevertheless he could reach the national highway nearby Chunchadenahalli gate and attempted to get help from passing traffic but all in vain.
In the meantime, Kolar rural station police sub-inspector V. Bharati who happened to be on patrol found Nagesh and took him to hospital. He is now fine. The matter was reported to Superintendent of Police M. Narayana who ordered an inquiry into it. Consequently, the police have registered a case against Ashwini, wife of Nagesh herself, her mother Maheshwaramma, brother Narayanaswamy with his son Ramesh for murder.
The second officer also explained that “Nagesh married Ashwini eight years ago and they have one child.” An attempt murder case had been filed against him after he allegedly started maltreating Ashwini. She shifted together with her child to her mother’s place as the trial of this case came to its completion.
Nagesh never stopped disturbing Ashwini even then she decided to request maternal uncle’s support who involved his son for killing Nagesh as well.police are now searching for them since they escaped
