West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Saturday accused the BJP of masterminding the Sandesh Khali incident and questioned why Prime Minister Narendra Modi accused Governor Ananda Bose of sexual harassment against a woman remain silent on the question.
“The entire Sandesh Khali incident was pre-planned. The BJP has written the script. The truth has come out. I have been saying this for a long time,” Banerjee said at Chakdar in Nadia district said at an election rally.
“I haven’t seen the whole video yet. I’ll see it,” she added.

“Prime Minister Modi conveyed the Sandesh (message) on the Sandesh Kali issue but remained silent on the issue of sexual harassment by the Centre’s representatives, the Governor,” she said.
