Malaika Arora wears many hats, from being a reality show judge to an entrepreneur and a fitness diva. Malaika’s social media handles being very active also add to her fame with paparazzi loving her the most. The diva started out as a dancer and now owns several posh properties in Mumbai – the city of dreams. Just recently, she has made headlines by buying her much-loved Bandra apartment in Mumbai. New reports reveal that Kashish Hans, the costume designer has rented this luxurious apartment for about Rs 1.50 Lakhs per month.
A deal is sealed between Malaika Arora and rental for the Bandra home at approximately 1.5 lakhs per month
The flat listed on Zapkey reveals that it has been rented out for three years at Rs 1.57 lakh per month in Pali Hill area of Bandra West [Figure below]. In addition, Hindustan Times states that on April 29th, 2024, a lease agreement was registered with an upward revision clause of 5% per annum [Figure below]. Whereas the first year rent starts at INR150000per month; it will rise to INR157000 and INR165000in the subsequent two years respectively [Figure below]. Furthermore, it indicates that a security deposit equal to INR450000 was made by the tenant.
Nevertheless, according to reports this is not Malaika Arora’s inaugural tryst with leasing out her property either. A Zapkey report from 2022 revealed that she had leased out her Casablanca Apartments flat in Bandra for four years to Jeffrey Goldenberg who is the owner of The Jeff Goldenberg Studio at an initial rent fixed at Rs120000per month for one year.
On work front too there is no slackening off for Malaika Arora busy with her fitness studio and other entrepreneurial ventures, she is also shooting for reality shows. She recently featured as a fellow panelist in Indias Best Dancer, a dance reality show and also appeared on her son Arhaan Khans podcast Dumb Biryani but also made cameos in the popular series Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives. She is also expected to appear with Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karan Johar and Pratik Gandhi on Star vs Food, a reality show featuring cooking contests.
