Ghoomer’s hold on hearts is still strong a year after its release as it was most recently featured in Indian Film Festival of Alberta in Canada. The movie features the talented Abhishek Bachchan along with Saiyami Kher and has done wonders to the declared audience due to its interesting plot and great acting skills. To take it one level higher, the legendary Shabana Azmi was also present with Saiyami Kher at the festival, proving that the film is still at the top of its success.
Saiyami Kher’s emotional response
Revisiting the audience’s response to the film at the festival, Saiyami Kher noted, “Going back to Ghoomer, it has been the most precious experience of my life. It is just mind-blowing to see even after a year of its release how Ghoomer still manages to create an impact. The narrative and the emotional engagement the film has with the viewers is what sustains it. I am so glad that people are still finding it in them to love my imaginary character and the fact that I get to be a part of something so wonderful is an honor.”
