Pali Hill is a prestigious address where various Bollywood stars and wealthy individuals have purchased mansions. Local brokers say luxury apartment schemes usually cost above ₹1 lakh per square foot.
It hit headlines when Dilip Kumar’s bungalow-Casa Lutus-developed into its current form from a local icon – took place at Pali Hill during August 2023. Also among those being built again is Aamir Khan’s Pali Hill edifice which flanks it.
Bandra has some houses owned by several Bollywood celebrities like Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor and Tripti Dimri.
