On May 14, they will campaign for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Haryana’s Kurukshetra constituency. This was revealed by AAP’s Haryana unit chief and its Kurukshetra candidate Sushil Gupta on Saturday when he said: “These elections are to save our India’s constitution and democracy”.
Gupta said that Kejriwal and Mann would be visiting Kurukshetra on May 14.
He got interim bail from Supreme Court in a money laundering case related to Delhi excise policy scam that would allow him to participate in the electioneering process.
Just as many Indians sacrificed in the country’s freedom struggle, political parties under India Bloc have come together to “save the constitution and democracy,” according to Gupta.
According to Gupta, for example, these elections are going towards change all over India meaning that BJP is losing power this time around.
“This fellow Modi claims which he will double farmers’ income and give job chances to two crore youths every year but his promises turned out becoming ‘Jumla’,” added Sushil.
He also accused the BJP-run central government of misusing agencies like ED and CBI against their political opponents
Addressing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led government in Haryana; he stated that during its nine-and-a-half-year rule, farmers sabanks along with anyone who raised their voices demanding were lathi-charged.
You should elect someone as your MP who can speak on your behalf in Parliament,” says Guptas. AAP has formed an alliance with Congress, a partner under India Bloc for contesting elections in Haryana state. While AAP has fielded Shri Sushil (Sushil Gupta) from Kurukshetra seat, congress is fighting for other nine seats which are still vacant.
This is apart from Gupta; there are 30 others also contesting from Kurukshetra including Abhay Singh Chota of the Bharatiya Janata Party and Abhay Singh Chautala of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
