Kangana Ranaut, known for her performances in the Bollywood film industry, is also a politician who has added another feather to her cap by investing in a real estate property in Mumbai by buying office space located in Andheri (West) for an amount of Rs 1.56 crore.
Propstack has gotten access to registration documents which reveal that that the Andheri office spaces boasts a new carpet area of 407 Square feet and this is the property owned by Kangana Ranaut.

Registration was completed for the property, which is within the Arc One office building in the Andheri West area, on August 23. A stamp duty of Rs 9,37,500 was involved in the transaction.
The Arc One office complex is a project owned by Chandra Gupta Estates and it is also MAHARERA registered project in October 2022. Completion is expected in 2026 leaving behind a contemporary commercial mass to the already thriving area of the central business district.
