The Kadapa police have designated the Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) Campus as a strong room to store the Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) and declared it a ‘no drone fly zone’.
The Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) , Md. Sharif, said on Sunday that in the region of the strong room Section 144 had been imposed and therefore, drones are not allowed. He cautioned that whoever violates this directive would be taken to court.
