Joe Biden spoke to Kamala Harris and told her “I love you” during a live event amid republicans storming the social media with ‘where is Joe Biden’ trend. He was saying to be recovering from Covid at his Rehoboth Beach home. “I know it may have been hard for you to hear yesterdays news because it was surprising but that’s the right thing… It’s hard, I mean you’ve done everything you can for me, poured your heart and soul into me in order to help us win this thing, help me get this nomination, help me win the nomination and then go on and win the presidency.” Said Biden in a surprise phone call where he sounded slightly hoarse.
Biden said he will not leave anywhere and campaigned for Kamala Harris.
“So I’m gonna be out there on the campaign trail with her, with Kamala. I’ll be working like a dog both as the president of the united states who is supposed to work towards passing legislations as well as campaigning,” Biden said.
“I’ll do whatever she asks me or needs me to do.”
Kamala Harris reiterated that Biden wasn’t disappearing anywhere. “It’s really good hearing the voice of our president”, Harris added
“I’m watching you kid! I love you!” Biden said. “I love you too!” Harris replied.
When addressing Americans earlier today after Joe Biden pulled out of the race on Monday Kamala Harris hailed Joe Biden’s presidency claiming it exceeded most two termers before him.
“When I first met President Biden, actually through his son Beau—both he and I served as Attorney Generals—he would tell me stories about his dad,” said Kamala Harris. “He would tell me about Joe being an incredible father and just a good man altogether.” Those attributes that had endeared Beauford Joseph’s senior to his son are in fact, those that I see in our president every day: his honesty, integrity, faith and family values, patriotism,” Kamala Harris said.
