Yami Gautam, an actress, and her director husband Aditya Dhar have become parents to a baby boy! The couple shared this good news on Instagram on May 20.
The relationship between Yami Gautam and Aditya Dhar has produced its first offspring. A son is born; they chose to name him Vedavid.
In a heartfelt note, Yami and Aditya extended their gratitude to Surya Hospital’s medical team led by Dr Bhupender Awasthi and Dr Ranjana Dhanu for their expertise as well as compassion during this special phase of life. They also expressed their anticipation towards nurturing their child every step of the way while having dreams about his promising future.
“While we embark upon the joyous journey of parenthood, we are excited about witnessing our son’s bright future ahead. As he surpasses each milestone, it fills our hearts with hope that one day he will be a source of great pride not only for us but also for our nation,” said part of their caption.

Earlier on Yami had revealed she was expecting during the trailer launch of the duo’s last film together called Article 370. The couple finally got married in June 2021 following two years plus courtship period.
