Rahul Gandhi, the opposition leader in the Lok Sabha, wished Jharkhand’s CM Hemant Soren a happy birthday on Saturday (2024, August 10), and promised the INDIA bloc will represent poor people, underprivileged people and tribal inhabitants from India to win those rights.
Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge also greeted CM Soren on his birthday. “We pray that he lives long and remains healthy. Using X as a platform, he commented” on how the INDIA (he called it as “INDIA bloc”) is working towards social justice, economic empowerment and inclusive growth in India.”
The chief minister of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) who is also the executive president turned 49 today (10th August 2024).
In Hindi, Rahul Gandhi wrote on his Twitter page: “Hearty congratulations and best wishes to Jharkhand Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren ji on his birthday.”
“INDIA” should fight fiercely together to ensure their countrymen’s rights not only by the poor but for the rest marginalized members among them as well of which we shall succeed according to Mr. Gandhi.
Assembly elections are scheduled later this year in Jharkhand. The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) and Congress are components of the ruling alliance in the state which seeks to repeat coalition government by warding off the BJP-led opposition challenge in Jharkhand.
