“We will make it one day. And, now? Right now, justice demands that such inhumane acts are stopped by all means necessary. Having said that, the only way to achieve that is through a punishment so severe that it scares these people out of their wits. That is what we need. Could be? I am in solidarity with the victim’s family who want justice for their daughter and I stand by every Doctor who was attacked last night,” read his post.

Late Thursday night Priyanka Chopra went to Instagram Stories and reposted a Parami photo from a protest scene on her feed. The picture featured a sign being held by one protestor which stated “Who will speak for her if you don’t?”

Writing on X account Genelia commented, “Monsters need to be hanged!!! Just reading what the survivor went through sent chills up my spine. In this seminar hall, a woman, who was there helping save lives, had to face this horrific act as well… My heart goes out to the family and her loved ones – can’t even imagine how they are facing this tragedy.”
