Hezbollah, the Lebanese paramilitary organization claimed that it was responsible for the drone attack that targeted military posts in an Israeli kibbutz called Amiad located about 14 miles from the Lebanese border.
The group’s statement on Wednesday described how the operation took place and no confirmation from Israel’s armed forces has been issued to this effect as yet.
The Bekaa region of Lebanon, according to Hezbollah, was under a recent Israeli assault which necessitated this act of violence.
Since last ten months, there have been tensions between Hezbollah and Israeli armed forces among other crises like Gaza Strip conflict involving Hamas. This led to multi-front hostility that made people fear about another full-scale war spreading throughout Middle East.
