Hours before filing his second bail application in court, the former Karnataka minister withdrew his first plea filed in the same court in connection with a sexual harassment case. Sections 364A (kidnapping) and 364 (unlawful imprisonment) have been invoked and the complainant, who faces the threat of arrest, is ready to appear in court in the sexual harassment case on Saturday.
The court adjourned the hearing until Saturday.
The SIT also sent a notice to Prajwal’s mother Bhavani, directing her to share details of the woman who claimed to be Bhavani’s close relative.
