Garnier has announced Vedang Raina, a Bollywood actor and Gen Z icon as its newest brand ambassador. The rationale behind this partnership is to promote beauty for all by making green and sustainable beauty affordable and accessible to everyone irrespective of their gender. A joint venture between science and skincare in which young people will be attracted the most while the old ones can also like him.
Furthermore, Garnier continues to set the pace in driving “Green Beauty” and eco-friendly innovation. The company employs sustainable practices such as using responsibly sourced ingredients and cruelty free products; which are encapsulated in biodegradable packaging that minimizes environmental impact.
Taking this initiative up a notch, the company exhibited some of its pioneering innovations and scientific brilliance at the Garnier Green Academy. The three-day immersive experience highlights Green Sciences as an approach for sustainable skin care solutions designed for each skin type prevalent among consumers in the region while having minimal impact on environment. In Southeast Asia and India, more than 300 individuals who included industry experts, beauty creators, well-known dermatologists were brought together under one roof during The Garnier Green Academy so as to learn more about unique skincare innovations by Garnier. In addition, this formed part of #NotAllSkincareIsTheSame campaign run by Garnier.
During the same event held at Singapore’s Garnier Green Academy recently; Vedang was accompanied by fourteen beauty influencers plus two dermatologists who had an opportunity not only to learn more about Garnier brand, but also to get an insight of future launches for the product.
