The fans are looking forward to the third collaboration of Farhan Akhtar with Shah Rukh Khan in the Don franchise. However, this announcement did not make everyone happy as they would have to wait longer before this happens. Don 3 is already being planned but SRK has decided not to be a part of it. But Farhan through an indication dropped a bombshell that he would go on to collaborate with Badshah.

In an interview with Pinkvilla. Farhan appears to have given hope to those fans who were hurt about. Shah Rukh Khan’s exit from the Don series. Agreeing that a partnership was indeed imminent, Akhtar said,”Yeah, absolutely yeah. We’ll find something that we want to work on together and I’m sure we will.” He continued, “You just have to find something that you can connect on with somebody,” and assured fans by adding, “100 percent.”

Farhan Akhtar recently celebrated 20 years of his second directorial Lakshya starring Hrithik Roshan. The filmmaker-actor who is multifaceted by nature is rumoured to have started working on the much awaited movie Don 3 as its excitement now boils down. First time donning this role Ranveer Singh will see Kiara Advani take up the leading lady part bringing them together for the first time ever.
On top of all these projects he has going on. There is also Jee Le Zaraa which is highly anticipated and also features a female led cast (Priyanka Chopra Jonas. Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif) set up as a road trip drama but failed due dates synchronization it has not taken off yet.
