On June 8, 2024, a four-member family was found dead in their bedroom at Angadikkadavu in Angamaly town near the Cochin International Airport Limited.
On June 8 morning a four member family was discovered dead in their bedroom, which was located at Angadikkadavu in Angamaly town’s vicinity of Cochin International Airport Limited.
The deceased have been identified as Bineesh (44), wife Anumol (40) and their children Jowana (8) and Jeswin (6). The cause of fire is not known immediately after it occurred.
“Our station received a call around 5.20 am and there was one guy who came to alert us personally. Initially they had the wrong number and sometime elapsed. Our team got there only to find that the room where bodies were retrieved was still burning,” explained sources from Angamaly fire and rescue services station.
At this point, before the fire could be put out by whatever force or means, those people were already dead. Downstairs there was an old woman believed to be his mother who died with him and her helper.
Accordingly a police team together with forensic officials visited the scene for inquiry purposes.
