During a recent election rally in Pennsylvania, former President Donald Trump intensified his attacks on Vice President Kamala Harris, calling her a “puppet candidate” manipulated by the Democratic Party bosses and rich donors. Speaking to about 15,000 supporters, Trump asserted that Harris is “totally scripted, owned, and controlled” by political elites who have orchestrated her campaign for president.

“The radical left Democrat party bosses have installed a puppet candidate to fight only for themselves. Kamala Harris got zero votes. She’s totally scripted, owned, and controlled by the donors and the power brokers who created her campaign and who rip off our government and make billions and billions of dollars,” Donald Trump claimed during the rally.

Trump’s comments come as polls show Harris closing in on her Republican opponent ahead of the November 5 presidential vote. The ex-president also accused Harris of misleading Americans about Joe Biden’s mental health as well as his physical condition arguing that she is undergoing a “personality makeover” to improve her image.

“After lying to the country for years about Joe Biden’s mental and physical condition, Kamala is now being given a personality makeover. Don’t forget, four weeks ago, she was like considered worst? Not smart. Terrible. Worst Vice-President ever”, told Donald Trump to an audience that included thousands of people unable to get into the overcrowded auditorium.

He also attacked her policy positions like those on open borders or all-electric car mandates labeling her a ‘radical left’ politician but termed her as an ‘architect of border invasion’. He then drew contrasts between Harris and Biden portraying him as “phony radical left,” implying that she would be even more dangerous because she has committed herself to such policies.

“She destroyed San Francisco. But she’s the architect of the border invasion, trying to pretend she’s strong on border security. She’s now pretending that she was never called the border czar.” said trump continuing his criticisms of the Vice President’s record.

Donald Trump juxtaposed himself against Harris in his speech, presenting her as a “radical left puppet” while he, on the other hand, would keep “fighting, fighting for America.”

Trump’s language has become increasingly sharp as the presidential election draws near with Harris emerging as his main target. The Pennsylvania rally is part of Trump’s strategy to portray his opponents as too far-left and out of touch with American values given that this time it is in a state where he claimed to have survived an assassination attempt on July 13th.
