For those who are new to this, Rhea founded her podcast as an outlet for her personal journey and deeper connections with her audience. The actress posted about the project on Instagram, saying “I just turned 32 yesterday and what a journey it’s been! These last four years have been about transformation, growth and finally becoming a version of myself I’m happy about.”
She further elaborated, “To celebrate we’re starting something special – inviting amazing people who have embraced #Chapter2 in their own lives. And guess who first?
