A video that has just been released is showing a person moving across the roof of the American Glass Research (AGR) building just moments before gunfire erupted at Trump’s rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13. Credible sources indicate that this individual appears from around one second and disappears by approximately two minutes fifty seconds.
Officials have asserted that it was about three minutes later when twenty-year-old Thomas Crooks opened fire using a collapsible AR-15 style rifle around 6:11 pm. Crooks died after counter snipers quickly killed him. There were eight shell casings found near his body by law enforcement.
Crooks tragically ended 50-year-old Corey Comperatore’s life, who was a husband, father and former fire chief with Buffalo Township Volunteer Fire Department, while trying to assassinate the former president. The victims sustained two gunshot wounds each as described by Copenhaver’s video testimony during which he had discussed his injuries inflicted upon him by Crooks.
According to Joseph Feldman of Law Offices of Max C. Feldman; “He wasn’t filming at the time he got shot,” his attorney said adding, “He stopped recording because everybody turned away from him.”
When the first shots rang out, Trump and those attending the rally turned their heads towards a screen where immigration statistics were being projected. Describing what happened next, Feldman explained: “And then he had almost seen or heard something whiz past him, which we’re assuming was a bullet…And then he felt it on his arm…and looked down at his arm…and initially felt pain but hadn’t even realized yet that he’d been shot again at that point.” As reported by Parami News.
On Monday night FBI officials revealed through press call that Crooks had climbed HVAC equipment and piping to access onto AGR Roofing. He moved across several rooftops until he reached AGR Building where directly saw downtown and where former US president was.
Crooks had parked his car there and sent a drone about 200 yards away from where Trump would speak during a rally on July 13th. While addressing the Congressional hearing on July 17, FBI Director Christopher Wray revealed that Crooks had been at the rally site for about an hour and ten minutes before the attempt on former president’s life in the morning.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation is still trying to establish why Crooks shot at them.
