The Former American president, Donald Trump, has understood an important rule in politics: never interrupt your enemy when he’s making a mistake.
Since President Joe Biden’s poor performance during the presidential debate, the Republican candidate has largely disappeared from national public view enabling Democratic nervousness to dominate around-the-clock coverage while mounting pressure on his rivals.
In fact, apart from a celebratory rally last Friday which was subsequently canceled due to some unforeseen circumstances as reported by 13 News Now, it has been silent for Trump. And after alluding to announcing his choice of running mate before the debate, his team went back to their plan of revealing him closer to the Republican convention night.

This past month has seen ex-President concede that he was unsure how this would play out and that what would happen if Biden suddenly decided to withdraw from the ticket or not. However republicans are optimistic that Trump will be able avoid any missteps through these remaining four months based on his relative restraint so far. In other words; Doug Heye, a republican strategist said; “Trump can be disciplined when needed.” He added: “His negative adjectives for Biden like he failed American workers have been sufficient.”
On the other hand Democrats’ desperate attempts have failed in bringing back discussion of trump into relevance. This seemed insignificant within hours because of independent issues trailing Mr. Biden.
In a narrow path back to competitiveness for the president, his Wilmington, Delaware-based aides insisted they should continually focus on President Donald Trump. In other words, this Wednesday they released a new ad which states “Trump already led an insurrection and threatened to be a dictator.”
“We need to remind people of the choice in this election” wrote Julie Chavez Rodriguez and Jen O’Malley Dillon in an email sent to staffs by Biden’s campaign director.
Evidently Trump has not said much about calls for Biden’s elimination from the race or the confusion within democratic ranks but he expressed disbelief during his WRVA interview.
“If he does not want that to happen, then it will not happen because he has got the votes,” Trump add. “He is going to have all these delegates.”
Sitting low also had other advantages for him as well; one of them was that his campaign did not spend money on expensive rallies therefore keeping some cash advantage going over the president. It further gave him time for golfing during holidays at his own club located at Bedminster in New Jersey.
Trump and his closest advisers appear to doubt if Biden could step down, but have stepped up the campaign against Harris and other Democrats as calls for the President to withdraw from the race continue to intensify.
Trump senior advisors Chris LaCivita and Susie Wiles said in a statement Wednesday that Democrats deliberately hid Biden’s physical and mental conditions.
The statement also reads: “President Donald Trump will defeat any Democrat on November 5th because he has a track record of success”. They then refer to her as a “giggling navigator.”
According to MAGA Inc., Trump’s political campaign committee, she is known as the “invasion czar”. While they described her as having poor records on immigration matters and finances.
According to a post-debate CNN poll released Tuesday, Harris is running better than Biden against Trump in a hypothetical match-up. On the other hand, while Republicans led her 47%-45%, they prefered him over Biden by 49%-43%.
The National Republican Congressional Committee released an ad on X (previously Twitter) yesterday with footage reminding voters of Biden’s age and what it meant for Harris’ place.
“Vote Republican this November. Stop Kamala,” said the advert which played eerie music in conjunction with videos showing Harris laughing.
