Devoleena Bhattacharjee, the TV actress is embracing motherhood and she made this announcement on August 15th Thursday. Saath Nibhaana Saathiya fame revealed the exciting news to her followers through her Instagram page with a series of photos from her Panchamrit ceremony.
A New Chapter Begins
In the pictures, Devoleena was beaming as she showed off her baby bump in a green sari. The actress also gave a sneak peak into the baby’s onesie stating “You can stop asking now” thus confirming that she was expectant.
The actress expressed her enthusiasm and appreciation in the caption saying , “Celebrating the divine journey to motherhood with the sacred Panchamrit ritual, where tradition and love blend to bless the mother and her unborn child with health, prosperity, and joy during this beautiful chapter of life.”
Overcoming Speculations
This comes after months of rumors and speculations about Devoleena’s pregnancy. The actress had previously addressed the curiosity surrounding her personal life via Instagram Stories. She wrote, “Many people have been messaging me for a long time regarding my pregnancy, creating news about it. I am sure that whenever I feel like sharing such news with you all, I will do it myself. For now, please do not bother me.”
Devoleena married Shanawaz Shaikh in 2022 December who happens to be a gym trainer. The two newlyweds are currently on cloud nine as they await their firstborn’s arrival at any moment.
