The action-packed and thrilling trailer for Commander Karan Saxena, featuring Gurmeet Choudhary, Iqbal Khan, and Hruta Durgule was just dropped by Disney+ Hotstar. Keylight Productions produced the film with Jatin Wagle as the director of Commander Karan Saxena. The story is based on a character authored by renowned writer Amit Khan. It is an enthralling series which tracks a daring RAW agent’s desperate plunge into a dangerous political enigma attempting to save his country from destruction.

The trailer is a sneak peek of what Commander Karan Saxena goes through as he dives into an intrigue that is full of thrills, danger and backstabbing at every corner. “I have always wanted to do something like this because the story of Commander Karan Saxena is one of intrigue. The character played by Amit Khan is full of life.… It’s our love and passion in action and I believe it will light a fire on Disney+ Hotstar,” said Jatin Wagle, who directed the series. On his part, Iqbal Khan (who plays ISI Chief Nasir) said: “This was one charming yet dangerous character that I have ever gotten involved in my acting career. Nasir is a fearless man who acts boldly driven by his strong faith. For me, personally it was very challenging since we had opposing characteristics with my real self but through Nasir it gave me an opportunity to exercise something different from my nature. My director Jatin however made sure that my character would be realistic yet larger than life by convincing.” Thus viewers in Disney+ Hotstar should expect us performing well together resulting in good series. This will surely stimulate the minds of the viewers.”
“The story of Commander Karan Saxena, and my character Rachana has been an inspiration to some extent. She is a woman who is tough and powerful as her world is full of criminal activities and violence without any fear. When it comes to male dominated professions, she’s not one of those female police officers who just keeps to herself, but instead battles with unexpected ferocity. Her role called out for me when I read the script for the first time-it was like she resurrected a fierce part that lay dormant within me. Very soon we are going to release this series on Disney+ Hotstar so I am looking forward to our fans awakening that same ferocity inside them.”
