Today in a 5-star hotel in Mumbai, there was an event of Kalki 2898 AD which included many surprises. Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas, Kamal Haasan and Deepika Padukone -the lead cast of the film attended the event together with C Aswani Dutt from Vyjayanthi Movies who is the producer.

Then it was announced during the first surprise that Rana Daggubati who happened to be Prabhas’ Baahubali co-star would be hosting this evening. He introduced all actors in a very interesting way. There were also interviews with Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas, Kamal Haasan and Deepika Padukone about Kalki 2898 AD and much more.
So, at the end of proceedings, journalists who had been allowed entry exclusively were stunned by watching the second trailer of Kalki 2898 AD. Moreover they revealed to media that on June 21st this new promo will appear on digital platforms two days later.
Before signing off, Aswani Dutt is highly commended by Amitabh Bachchan. He said he is one of the most unassuming persons I’ve met as well as being super simple…Big B shocked everyone when he touched Ashwari-ji’s feet.
When C Aswani Dutt handed over a symbolic ticket to Amitabh Bachchan it became another memorable moment. Big B dedicated it to Kamal Hassan too.
The first release date for Kalki 2898 AD has been set for June 27th in theaters.
