Today, the long-awaited film ‘Bad Newz’ is finally released in theaters to a great start. The reason why this has happened is because people loved the trailer and songs, it’s a funny movie and the casting was done well. For instance, Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk play lead roles in it. So they would go out to see such a comic caper as if they expect great entertainment from there. However, viewers will be shocked to discover that even two other beautiful actresses are also featured in this movie.
Ananya Panday turn out to have an important cameo in Bad Newz which makes the plot of the film more interesting. In the opening disclaimers, ‘Thank You Ananya Panday’ is duly mentioned.
And that’s not all. Neha Sharma also appears at another point of significance. She looks stunning and contributes further to making the movie funnier.
For example, guest appearances by popular actors usually make movies more interesting. Following his directorial debut “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai” (1998), one of the producers Karan Johar has always been doing this practice in his films having stars like Salman Khan who abruptly entered into Shah Rukh Khan-Kajol-Rani Mukerji starrer during its second half surprising audience as they had no idea about his presence.
Nevertheless, today it is difficult to hide such special appearances since news often slips through to media persons before time. Well, none apart from those involved with production of Bad Newz ever imagined that Ananya Panday. Or even Neha Sharma could feature on that show since their involvement was kept secret until its conclusion.
Another interesting cameo appearance is Gajraj Rao’s in this film where he doesn’t actually act. But plays a dead person whose photograph hangs on a wall. ’Fatherly appearance Gajraj Rao’ itself is indicated towards the beginning of the end titles.
Other than that, Bad Newz also features Neha Dhupia and Sheeba Chadha. It was directed by Anand Tiwari and produced by Karan Johar from Dharma Productions, Leo Media Collective Pvt Ltd’s Anand Tiwari and Amritpal Singh Bindra alongside Amazon Prime’s Manish Menghani.
