Movie lovers are waiting anxiously for details concerning a South Indian film involving two major stars in the industry namely filmmaker Atlee and Pushpa fame Allu Arjun. However, unfortunately for them, the film has failed to take off. While recently there have been some rumors that Atlee approached Bollywood megastar Salman Khan for his next project but how true is it?
Reports suggest that after his movie with Allu Arjun fell through, Atlee is now looking forward to casting Salman Khan as his lead.
According to Peeping Moon, a source revealed that Atlee and Allu Arjun had some disagreements which led to their separation but it did not affect their relationship in any way. “They were talking alright, however it was still at the very primary stage so they never actually agreed on anything as reported by sections of the media. The script is still being worked on by Atlee and no one has yet been finalized. It would have been interesting to see both of them come together for such a big project but currently there is nothing like this between Allu Arjun and Atlee,” said the source.
Moreover, the insider also addressed recent reports about Atlee charging an exorbitant fee for his services in this project by asserting that they simply had different tastes from each other; henceforth, the deal didn’t materialize. In another development, it was noted that both these personalities shared genuine admiration towards each other.
As per these sources though very few details are available regarding the movie all we know is that there are talks going on with Salman Khan presently. We have heard that nothing has been set regarding when production will start nor a release date hence 2025; first half of next year might be a good time frame.”
