Anupam Kher’s office was broken into by robbers on Wednesday night in Mumbai’s Veera Desai area. The actor discussed the incident and listed the items that were taken on his Instagram page.

According to Kher, there were two intruders who broke through two doors. They took the whole safe from the accounts department and a box containing negatives of one of his production company’s films. Additionally, he observed that the thieves might have unsuccessful attempts made at cracking open his safe.

Immediately after that, Anupam Kher’s team made an official police complaint (First Information Report (FIR)). He even mentioned on his Instagram post that he had CCTV footage which showed them leaving in an auto-rickshaw with all those stolen properties. It is also said that the police have promised him quick investigations leading towards arrest of perpetrators.
“Sorry about what happened,” wrote one fan in response to Mr. Kher’s post on Instagram; adding “I hope you will recover everything soon.” Most often, Anupan kher is known for being very active on social media where he regularly posts images from his daily life and attaches stories behind them. In Chhota Bheem And The Curse Of Damyaan as well, it was seen as her last work done on film.
