Bollywood star Alia Bhatt has commenced working on her major action entertainment Alpha-The YRF Spy Universe film in which she is leading, starting earlier this week. We now have pictures from the sets of Alpha to confirm that this is happening. However, we can confirm that what has been shown here is not the actress’ appearance in the movie after making some inquiries.
Alia Bhatt snapped shooting for Alpha, days after YRF announced title of its female-led spy-universe film
For this daring character, she had undergone two months of extensive training by experts in the field. While announcing the title earlier this month, YRF confirmed that shooting has officially started.
However, a source says director Shiv Rawail plans to meticulously stage certain fight scenes during the initial period of filming.
Mumbai action does not end there. The next stop for these two actresses will be their secret mission as spies in Britain. Anil Kapoor also joins them as a mentor when they go overseas for their task.
The film directed by Shiv Rawail is titled Alpha and features Alia Bhatt as a super-agent among other characters. This follows his direction for The Railway Men which is one of YRF’s most watched series globally and based upon Bhopal Gas Tragedy incidents.
So far, the YRF Spyverse has produced only blockbusters like Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, War, Pataan and Tiger 3. The other movie being filmed at present from YRF Spy Universe is War 2 featuring Hrithik Roshan & NTR Jr.
