As per a transaction reported by Square Yards, Ajay Devgn parted with his commercial property in Andheri, Mumbai and leased the office for an amount of Rs. 7 lakh per month. Such agreements are termed as Leave and License and this agreement was stamped at Rs.1.12 in favor of the parties on 2nd September. Signature Tower is one of the three towers in the Asahi complex, built by the Lotus Developers group, occupied by Devgn at the time of writing.
The site is situated on Veera Desai Road in Oshiwara which is one of the good places in western suburbs of Mumbai. It provides great connectivity to the highway, metro station and international airport which makes it a very exclusive place for companies looking for well-connected office spaces. Additionally, the area’s myriad available shopping, eating and entertainment facilities enhances its business properties.
According to Square Yards, the leased area measures 3,455 sq ft (321 sq m) and its includes three car parking spaces. To augment their tally, the contract secured by a deposit of Rs. 30 lakh is a 60-month (5 year) lease. The actor, who is married, is known to have several properties in the same project. One of those is also acquiring commercial space in Signature Tower, Bollywood’s A-List stars Amitabh Bachchan, Sara Ali Khan, Kartik Aaryan etc. and many others have also invested.
On the other hand, Ajay Devgn is considered among the most talented and successful actors in the country’s film industry with several outstanding films and two National Film Awards and Padma Shri. Within the cinematic space, he has created a formidable space for himself through movies including penned by Shervin and Eerabhal. Of late, he has been able to please the public through excellent performances in Bhuj and Maidaan. The actor has Singham Again, Raid 2, and De De Pyaar De 2 in the works.
