Ajay Devgn recently attended the launch of his highly anticipated movie Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha where he was asked about his other most awaited film Singham Again. Bollywood superstar lovers are expecting him to return as a cop Bajirao Singham, now, as mentioned above; it was revealed in an update for his fans on Rohit Shetty movies that the actor has already shared some insights into shooting for Singham Again.
Ajay Devgn shares update on the film’s release
The recall by readers would be that Pushpa 2: The Rule was also scheduled for August this year. Nevertheless, an extension was given to its release date since after careful consideration, more work needed to be done about this film. Speaking at the trailer launch Ajay Devgn gave details about how far they had gone with the making of Singham Again and said “I am not sure (about the release date). Jo kaam chal raha tha film mein woh abhi tak khatam nahi hua hai, thodi bahut shooting bhi baaki hai. Toh hum koi jaldi mein nahi hai, kyunki jaldbaazi mein kaam kharab hota hai. Toh jab hum tayyar ho jayenge tab hum release karenge (The work on the film, which kicked off earlier, has not been completed yet and a few portions of shoot is pending as well. We do not want to release the film in a hurry because that often ruins it. So when it is read, we will release it then)”.
Reports suggest that makers are looking forward to releasing it around Diwali weekend which falls either in October or November.
About Singham Again
Singham Again happens to be part three of Singham series and fifth in ambitious Rohit Shetty copverse franchise. Its leading lady is Kareena Kapoor Khan while its main antagonist is Arjun Kapoor. Akshay Kumar and Ranveer Singh are also going to make some cameo appearances as a part of the copverse while this action film will also introduce two key characters into the cop universe which is Deepika Padukone as Lady Singham and Tiger Shroff as ACP Satya. This film directed by Rohit Shetty is expected to release in the last quarter of 2024.
