As a smart move, actor Agastya Nanda has entered into a tactical investment in Project Hum, a popular fast casual farm to table restaurant situated in Mumbai. The partnership is an important landmark for Nanda and Project Hum as they seek to advocate for healthy and sustainable eating.
Due to his love for wellness and conscious living, Agastya voices his excitement, ‘It gives me immense pleasure to become part of the family of Project Hum. Everything they do, such as providing locally grown fresh and healthy food, supporting the local farmers, is exactly how I think it should be done. I hope that this partnership will help in making Project Hum the first choice for health enthusiasts in Mumbai.”
According to Raghav Simha, co-founder of IXU Hospitality, “Project Hum amasses and channels such enthusiasm, it became applicable: Proud ‘At Project Hum, we seek to lead in the right choices towards healthier way of life. It has now been about 24 months since we opened our restaurant and it has done well and therefore it emboldens our place in the healthy food market. With the support of Agastya, we would like to raise Project Hum as a one-stop place for all organic and healthy food items, as well as the concept. This partnership is enhancing our vision towards growth and innovation.’
Looking ahead, they expect to pour some cash in a centrally located kitchen, a bakery and an additional stand alone shop. In the coming year, there will be a much greater emphasis on improvement of the jump of value added and delivery in a day’s worth of meals and increasing the sales of healthy convenience products. New add-ons will include new millet derrived breakfast items, all paratha cartoons, other lifestyle products, and more dips and sauces.
