Aditi Rao Hydari recently received a lot of attention for her role as Bibbojaan in the newly released web series Heeramandi. Rao recently flew to London to meet her other obligations. Nevertheless, she wasn’t impressed by a luggage mess and took on social media to share her frustrating experience at Heathrow airport. A series of posts by Aditi described the actress’s own baggage delay at Heathrow airport where she waited for 2-3 hours.
Aditi Rao Hydari shares photos and videos on Instagram
In a series of videos and pictures that she posted on Instagram story, Aditi Rao Hydari shared her terrible time at Heathrow airport while waiting for her baggage. In her first post, she said: “Heathrow chaos x 10000 2 hours at an empty luggage belt! (vomiting face emoji) @heathrow_airport Worst!!!!!!! (angry face emoji)”.
She also shared another post having captured a screenshot of this conversation with Heathrow airport’s official Twitter page regarding the issue with them but their response when they clearly disclaimed having ‘any control’ over the ‘baggage handling process’. Frustrated with their reply, Aditi added a caption on top of it that stated, “Heathrow their hands off any answers”.
Aditi Rao Hydari starts a countdown
Using these posts, she started counting down which went up to thirty-two hours more than one day saying that she has not received her luggage yet s o that t he airport is blaming no one. “And 17 hours later Another countdown @british airways Where is my luggage? Where is our luggage? #gutsontoast”. Her most recent post read, “32 hours and ticking @british_airways and @heathrow_airport Show zero accountability and are conveniently MIA.”
In the meantime Aditi Rao Hydari shared details of the ordeal on her X @Twitter handle, and blasted the airways, and tagged #British_Airways by saying “19 hours and ticking….Also, @British_Airways just putting it out there. This isn’t my first rodeo with the brits…watch #Heeramandi on @NetflixIndia and you’ll know that I’m not one to go down without a fight for justice! So can you free our bags! ASAP! I have a conference to attend, and the essentials I’ll need for it will not meet your criteria for essentials”.
